Cards built from the same blocks and a scroll-free “In progress” board

The same thing now looks the same in every card. A person (owner, client) is a block with the name, phone, e-mail and messengers as button rows; terms (property, price, commission, deadlines) are a “label — value” list. In the deal card the former combined block is split into “Price and terms”, “Owner” and “Client”, just like in the property window and the contact card.

“In progress” board: empty stages collapse into a narrow strip, populated ones share the width, and every stage is visible without horizontal scrolling. From “Client chosen” onward the card shows both sides of the deal in both views: “property · owner → client”. The name and address on a card open the contact and the property as a window over the board. If the board fails to load, it says so in words and offers “Show my board”.

“Empty” and “Loading…” are now one element across all sections: one sentence to the point and, where it exists, an action.
