On the inquiry card, Suggest does one thing: it opens the Send to client window with the given property and a PDF presentation with the agent's contacts; after sending, the match is automatically marked as Sent to client. When there is nothing to send (a property without a listing, an offer from the board), the match is marked and a task Suggest to client is created with today's due date and a Go to tasks link.

Hide no longer moves the row anywhere: it stays in place as a Hidden · Restore bar, and you can (but don't have to) enter a reason — too far, too expensive, layout, condition, other. The Hidden filter now actually shows hidden matches (it used to be always empty). The order of matches remains the same between sessions, and the counts on the inquiry card, in the list, and in Matches are consistent.
