Agency Statistics
A new Statistics section for agency owners and managers is now available under Overview. For 7, 30, 90, or 365 days it shows the entire agency or a single broker: a case funnel by stage, new contacts and inquiries, viewings and their outcomes, closed deals with commission, and stalled cases.
When closing a deal as "Lost" or "Cancelled" you now select a reason — for example, a price disagreement. The statistics will then show why deals are falling through. The figures are also available in the workspace overview for assistants.
